- Premium Borosilicate Vessels: Choose between single-wall heating blanket configurations (with optional cooling loop) or high-borosilicate water-jacketed vessels paired with external TCU chillers for accurate temperature control.
- Universal Headplate: Highly customizable port configuration (19mm & PG13.5) accommodating temperature probes, feeding tubes, and analog/optical pH and DO sensors.
Advanced Gas and Fluid Control
- Precision 4-Gas Mixing: Integrated Thermal Mass Flow Controllers (TMFC) for Air, O₂, N₂, and CO₂, ensuring exact dissolved oxygen and pH buffering.
- Integrated Pumping Station: Four built-in, front-facing fixed/variable-speed peristaltic pumps dedicated to feeding, acid/base addition, and antifoam, minimizing the need for external equipment
- Customized Sparging: Standard ring sparger with options to upgrade to micro-bubble or microporous spargers for optimized oxygen transfer rates (OTR).
