Advanced control of rocking speed, rocking angle, and gas flow maintains critical process parameters—including pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), and temperature—ensuring gentle mixing, optimal culture conditions, and reproducible cell expansion from development through production. Designed for maximum scalability, Lumi – RMax offers exceptional versatility through interchangeable 10 L, 20 L, and 50 L tray configurations.

Lumi – RMax simulates the swing of waves to achieve efficient gas-liquid exchange in a closed system, improving the efficiency and yield of cell culture
- Interchangeable trays: Lumi – RMax bioreactor supports seamless change of trays without additional equipment.
- Multi-bag Compatibility: 10L Tray can accommodate 2L/5L/10L Single-use 2D bags.20L Trays support 20L or 2* 10L Single-use 2D bags、50L Tray for 50L Single-use 2D bags.
- Parallel and multi control: When using a IPC, 2-8 rockers can be controlled in parallel. It facilitates operation and centralized control.
Advanced Gas and Fluid Control
- Precision 3-Gas Mixing: Integrated 1 or 3 Thermal Mass Flow Controllers (TMFC), ensuring exact dissolved oxygen and pH buffering.
- Integrated Pumping Station: Four built-in, front-facing fixed/variable-speed peristaltic pumps dedicated to feeding, acid/base addition, and antifoam, minimizing the need for external equipment.
LumiWise Advanced Automation & Compliance
LumiWise combines powerful automation, intuitive process control, and regulatory-ready compliance in a single platform. Advanced cascade control enables automatic linking of PID loops, allowing DO to dynamically control agitation, oxygen enrichment, or gas flow.
Designed for GMP environments, LumiWise supports 21 CFR Part 11 compliance with electronic records, electronic signatures, audit trails, and role-based access control.
